From day one the four owners at SERVPRO of West Evansville knew that an answering service was not for them.
The moment the phone rings, we are preparing to speak with someone on the other line that has just experienced possibly one of the worst catastrophes of their life. The owners don't believe that an answering service will do justice for what the customer deserves. The customer deserve to speak with someone that understands what the next steps are.
