Did you know you are speaking with one of the four owners when you call our number after hours? You do! We love speaking with you.

As always, we are here to help you, and taking the initial phone call means the world to us. 

The moment the phone rings, we are preparing to speak with someone on the other line that has just experienced possibly one of the worst catastrophes of their life. The owners don't believe that an answering service will do justice for what the customer deserves. The customer deserve to speak with someone that understands what the next steps are. They also deserve peace of mind in such a horrible situation.

Emergencies do not always happen during "work hours" which means one of the four owners is answering the phone at 2:00am if that is when the disaster occurs.
